Valiant Ministries International

FAQ's and More About Us

One question that we are excited to answer for you is this: “What is the purpose of Valiant School of Ministry’s Discipleship Course?” Check out this video:

What sets us apart from other Bible schools?

There are a lot of great Bible colleges and seminaries out there, and in the twin cities area, where VSM is located. Bethlehem College and Seminary is known for the intimacy of its smaller classes and academic excellence. Charis Bible College, which has one campus in the twin cities area, speaks volumes to the grace and love of God and does well to keep the Bible as its only textbook. North Central University and Apostolic Bible Institute are recognized for their Pentecostal foundation, having a passion for the Holy Spirit and God's presence and power. Central Baptist Theological Seminary is known for its emphasis on evangelism and zeal for preserving the truth of God's Word.

Valiant School of Ministry maintains smaller classes to cultivate personal interaction between students and instructors. It clings to the Bible as the singular truth, also using no other textbook except the Word of God. Courses in Valiant School of Ministry teach students about the power of the Spirit and evangelism as well, making intimacy with God and winning souls practical.

All in 16 weeks, students are guaranteed to learn the core doctrines of the Bible and gain a solid foundation for their life and faith. They’ll finish with a clear understanding of how to apply the Word daily for consistent spiritual growth and intimacy with God. And they’ll be prepared to effectively win souls and disciple others.

Is there a scholorship option for those who cannot afford the school?

Valiant Ministries International does have a scholarship fund. You can apply for a scholarship by clicking "Apply for a Scholarship" on the drop-down beneath "School of Ministry" on the main menu. Also, for a more affordable option, consider our online courses, which run at about a third of our regular tuition costs.

Are the discipleship and leadership courses different?

The first four months of the leadership course are the same as the discipleship course. We require students enrolled for leadership to go through the discipleship course before graduating to learning principles and strategies for pastoral ministry.

What are the exact dates for classes?

Classes are held, as of now, on Tuesday nights at 6pm.

When will new class sessions begin/reset?

As of now, new courses begin every February and September.
