Our Mission
About Us
Wanting deeper Bible teaching rather than shallow sermons? We’re a non-denominational church in New Hope, MN that meets every Sunday for expository Bible teaching inside Kingdom Fit MN – a Christian gym. Check us out!
Our priorities:
1. Deep, Biblical Teaching: We take extra time to teach through books of the Bible verse-by-verse, making sure our messages are pure scripture and that you grow to understand the Word deeply. We also take time for Q&A after the regular teaching.
2. Worship Through Action: We currently do not offer worship services with music. Right now, our focus is helping people know and obey God’s Word! To help you worship God through action, and since we meet inside a gym facility, we offer a group workout after teaching time with praise&worship music!Â

How It Works
You meet inside a gym?
Valiant Ministries International – the organization our church is under – also owns a fitness facility called Kingdom Fit MN. Currently, this fitness space is the only open space available in the building for us to use for church on Sundays.
If you’re interested in the gym: membership with Kingdom Fit MN not only includes workouts throughout the week, but also access to exclusive Bible-school classes and a powerful learning app designed to train everyday believers as well as aspiring ministry leaders.Â
Membership with Kingdom Fit MN requires a monthly subscription. Connect with us for pricing info.
What're your other activities / small groups?
We also offer a more intimate church group that meets on Thursday nights (contact us for more information).
And as part of Christian gym also, we have many other opportunities during the week.
Monday Wednesday Friday 6:30pm workouts.
Tuesday Thursday 12:00pm workouts.
Tuesday night 6:15 pm manhood workout and Bible study
Saturday morning 8:30am and 10:30am workout, and 9:30am Bible class.
And of course, Sunday morning 8:30am workout, 9:30am teaching and fellowship.
Do you have child care?
At this present time, we do not offer separate child care, but hope to provide childcare in the future, when the Lord provides us with the means to do so! In the meantime, children are welcome to sit with their parents during church.
What is your denomination?
Valiant Ministries International is a nondenominational, Bible-centered church committed to shaping our beliefs and practices by the Word of God rather than by denominational boundaries. We emphasize careful, contextual teaching and sound doctrine, seeking to avoid emotional manipulation, sensationalism, or manufactured experiences. At the same time, we believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit described in the New Testament are still active today and that God continues to empower His people, while recognizing that spiritual maturity is not measured by outward manifestations and that, for instance, not every believer speaks in tongues.

Our Doctrine
The Bible: God's Word
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, the final standard for truth and life.

God: Three-in-One
We believe in one God, eternally existing as three united spirits—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Scripture: John 4:24, Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ: Lord and Savior
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven. He will return physically to judge the living and the dead.

Salvation: By Grace Through Faith
We believe all people are sinners in need of salvation, which is obtained through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. The offer of salvation is a gift by God’s grace, not earned by works.

The Holy Spirit: Presence and Power
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, enabling obedience to God’s Word, producing Christlike character, and empowering us for witness and ministry.

Spiritual Gifts: For Today
We believe the gifts of the Spirit, including miraculous signs, continue today and are given by God for the building up of the church and the advancement of the Gospel.

Marriage and Family: God's Design
We believe marriage is a sacred covenant, created and defined by God, as the lifelong union of one man and one woman. Scripture: Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6; Ephesians 5:31–33

Our Leadership
David Grams
David Grams is the Founder of Kingdom Fit MN and Valiant Ministries International (our parent organization).
David’s passions are studying and teaching God’s Word with depth and excellence, and imparting the knowledge and understanding to others necessary to deepen intimacy with God and ignite boldness for the Great Commission!
He and his wife, Allie, have three children, Adah, Kairos, and Maleah.
