Why Kingdom Fit Group Fitness?

If you have simple goals to lose weight, tone up, or gain strength, Kingdom Fit is for you. With science-backed workouts, every session is sure to burn calories and build muscle. In just three days per week, your full body will be challenged with HICT (high intensity circuit training). Along with bodyweight movements like pushups and pull-ups, you’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, plyometric boxes, rowers, and more.

At Kingdom Fit, people are not numbers. Our greatest commitment is to care deeply about individuals. We stay in consistent contact with every one of our members to ensure everyone is reaching their goals and motivated keep growing! Plus, in every session, the trainer will make sure to help you move safely, and adapt exercises to your fitness level. No one feels out of place.

Kingdom Fit Program & Pricing

HICT combines the principles of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and circuit training, creating a workout that is both fast-paced and focused on full-body strength and endurance.

HICT involves performing a sequence of exercises targeting different muscle groups at high intensity, with minimal rest between exercises. The goal is to maximize effort and keep your heart rate elevated while providing some active recovery as you switch between movements.

Fat Burn: Combines cardio and strength for maximum calorie burn and the afterburn effect (EPOC).

Strength & Endurance: Builds muscle while improving cardiovascular fitness.

Efficiency: Achieves a full-body workout in a short time.

Adaptability: Suitable for different fitness levels by adjusting intensity, weights, or rest periods.

FAQ

What should I bring to each class? Bring a water bottle, and come in clothing you’re comfortable wearing for a workout. Please also bring an extra pair of shoes dedicated for working out, to help keep our facility clean.

Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to join? No, our classes are designed for all fitness levels! Instructors provide modifications so everyone, from beginners to advanced participants, can enjoy and benefit from the session.
