We’re in the lower level of the building. When you pull in the parking lot, drive all the way around the building to the far back/lower level. If you see loading docks, keep going until the parking lot ends. Enter through the gray door you’ll see on your right.
1. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated! 2. Workout Clothes: Wear something comfortable and breathable. 3. Clean Workout Shoes: Please bring a pair dedicated to gym-use to help keep our space clean. 4. Optional Yoga Mat: For added comfort during floor exercises. 5. Snack: We advise against eating a whole meal before a workout, but a small snack like an apple can give you a little boost!
Our workouts are intense. Although we can modify them for lower fitness levels or mobilities, we currently do not provide the personal training inside our group classes that’s needed to accommodate those with physical limitations requiring specialized attention.
We love kids! They are welcome! However, during a class, kids are not allowed on the gym floor, but may stay in the entry/lounge area. Currently, a small gated child area is provided if necessary. This is for their safety. Parents alone are responsible for them.
