Small Group Personal Training

Small group personal training blends individual attention with group motivation to drive progress. Expert coaching helps refine technique, reduce injury risk, and maximize results. The supportive environment builds accountability, pushing you to work harder with greater consistency. Whether your goal is strength, endurance, or overall fitness, training alongside others keeps you engaged, challenged, and growing.

Functional Strength and Conditioning

Our workouts are built for flexibility, allowing you to adapt each session to your goals. Every class uses proven strength and conditioning principles, but you choose the focus. If you want muscle growth, we guide you to apply the workout for hypertrophy and strength. If your goal is calorie burn, we shift toward higher intensity and multi-muscle movements to maximize fat loss. Each session stays efficient, personalized, and results-driven—whether you’re after strength, endurance, or overall fitness.

Manhood Bootcamp (Men’s Workout and Teaching): 6:15-9:00pm

Midday Workout: 12:00-1:00pm

Saturday

Morning Workout: 8:30-9:30am

Weekly Bible Teaching and Fellowship: 9:30am-11:00am
