Our Mission
About Us
Wanting more than church as usual? We’re a Christian-based gym and ministry (Kingdom Fit MN) that also meets for church on Sundays inside our gym! Check us out!
Our priorities:
1. Deep, Biblical Teaching: We teach through books of the Bible verse-by-verse, making sure our messages are pure scripture and that you grow to understand the Word deeply.
2. Worship Through Action: Workouts: To help you worship God through action as well as song, and since we meet in a gym, we offer a group workout after teaching time with praise&worship music! You can build muscle, burn calories, and enjoy the company of like-minded believers.

How It Works
Is there a cost?
As you’d expect, there is no cost to attend our fellowship and teaching time starting at 8:30am on Sundays.
There is a cost to be a member at our gym (which we can tell you more about). Membership not only includes workouts throughout the week, but also access to exclusive Bible-school classes and a powerful learning app designed to train everyday believers as well as aspiring ministry leaders.
Membership works in three monthly subscription-based tiers (connect with us for exact pricing info).
Is Kingdom Fit MN a church?
Short answer: Sunday morning at 8:30am is a church gathering, yes!
Long answer: Kingdom Fit MN is a Christian gym connected with a ministry called Valiant Ministries International. Inside the gym, specifically on Sundays, we host gatherings of believers for teaching and fellowship. That gathering is for church, yes.
What're your activities / weekly schedule?
As a Christian gym as well, we have many other opportunities during the week besides Sunday mornings.
Monday Wednesday Friday 5:30am or 6:30pm workouts.
Tuesday Thursday 12:00pm workouts.
Tuesday night 6:15 pm manhood workout and Bible study
Saturday morning 8:30am and 10:30am workout, and 9:30am Bible class.
And of course, Sunday morning 8:30am workout, 9:30am teaching and fellowship.
Do you have child care?
At this present time, we do not offer separate child care, but hope to provide childcare soon! In the meantime, children are welcome to sit with their parents during service and stay in the lounge area during workouts.
Do you have showers?
There are new bathrooms adjacent to our space, but no showers.

Our Leadership
David Grams
David Grams is the Founder of Kingdom Fit MN and Valiant Ministries International (our parent organization).
David’s passions are studying and teaching God’s Word with depth and excellence, and imparting the knowledge and understanding to others necessary to deepen intimacy with God and ignite boldness for the Great Commission!
He and his wife, Allie, have two children, Adah and Kairos, and another, Maleah, on the way.
What We Believe
Our Doctrine
The Bible: God's Word
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God, the final standard for truth and life.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21
God: Three-in-One
We believe in one God, eternally existing as three united spirits—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
Scripture: John 4:24, Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14
Jesus Christ: Lord and Savior
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended into heaven. He will return physically to judge the living and the dead.
Scripture: John 1:1, 14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11; Revelation 22:12
Salvation: By Grace Through Faith
We believe all people are sinners in need of salvation, which comes only through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Salvation is a gift of God’s grace, not earned by works.

The Holy Spirit: Presence and Power
We believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, enabling obedience to God’s Word, producing Christlike character, and empowering us for witness and ministry.

Spiritual Gifts: For Today
We believe the gifts of the Spirit, including miraculous signs, continue today and are given by God for the building up of the church and the advancement of the Gospel.

Marriage and Family: God's Design
We believe marriage is a sacred covenant, created and defined by God, as the lifelong union of one man and one woman. Scripture: Genesis 2:24; Matthew 19:4–6; Ephesians 5:31–33
