Program Curriculum and Value Breakdown

Here’s what you will experience in the Kingdom Fit coaching program:

Module 1: Kingdom Purpose and Meaning (Ecclesiastes and Matthew):
Week 1 – Remove Meaningless Pursuits: Focus on what truly matters. Avoid seeking purpose in things that are fleeting or unimportant (Ecclesiastes 1:2).

Week 2 – Embrace the Need for God: Why relationship with God is important, and why it brings the ultimate meaning (Ecclesiastes 12:1,14).
Week 3 – Prepare Like Jesus: Grow in wisdom and resources to prepare for your future, just as Jesus did (Luke 2:46-52). Focus on providing for others.

Week 4 –

  • Physical Goal: Aim for a long and healthy life. Steward your body well (Deuteronomy 30:19-20, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
  • Financial Goal: Save and invest wisely, preparing an inheritance for future generations (Proverbs 13:22).
Week 5 – Wealth for the Kingdom: Wealth enables greater influence and generosity. Seek wealth not for selfish gain, but to advance God’s kingdom (Ecclesiastes 9:16; Proverbs 13:11).

Week 6 – Diligence is Key: Work diligently, even in uncomfortable circumstances, to build a strong future (Proverbs 14:23).

Week 7 – Purpose Beyond Career: Your purpose isn’t found in your career. Work as unto the Lord, and use your earnings as a tool for kingdom impact (Colossians 3:23).

Week 8 – Multiple Streams of Income: Diversify your income streams for financial security and kingdom growth (Ecclesiastes 11:2). Invest wisely and be patient.
Week 9 – Conquer Pride with Humility: Receive correction and remain humble (Proverbs 11:2; Philippians 2:3).

Week 10 – Conquer Lust and Gluttony with Self-Control: Practice fasting and prayer to gain control over your body and desires (1 Corinthians 9:27; Galatians 5:23).

Week 11 – Conquer Laziness with Diligence: Commit to diligence in all areas, including fitness, to overcome laziness (Proverbs 6:6-11).
Week 12 – Biblical Diet and Exercise: Eat for sustenance, not indulgence, and exercise to build strength and endurance. Your body is a temple to be stewarded well (Proverbs 25:16; 1 Corinthians 9:27).

Week 13 – Fitness Planning: Develop a fitness plan that focuses on strength and endurance (1 Timothy 4:8). Learn how to build muscle. A strong body represents a strong kingdom!
Week 15 – Lead Yourself First: Before leading a wife, learn to lead yourself well (Ephesians 5:25-28). Lead and love your wife as you do your own body.

Week 16 – Find a Godly Wife: Seek a woman who loves Jesus and will follow your lead in faith (Ephesians 5:22-24).

Week 17 – Raise Your Children in Faith: Train your children in discipline and godly wisdom from an early age (Proverbs 22:6).
Week 18 – Renew Your Mind Daily: Know how to repent and believe. Then focus on reading, understanding, and applying the Word of God to your life (Romans 12:2). Action is key!

Week 21 – Balance Your Friendships: Surround yourself with believing friends who will challenge you to grow (Proverbs 13:20). Build relationships with weaker believers whom you can influence toward growth, always aiming to encourage  them (Galatians 6:1-2).

Week 22 – Cultivate Friendships in the Church: Find a local church to foster these relationships. Church provides a community of believers where strong and lasting friendships can grow (Hebrews 10:24-25).

Week 23 – Pursue Relationships with Unbelievers Wisely: Engage with unbelievers only when you are spiritually strong enough to avoid being negatively influenced by them (1 Corinthians 15:33). Your goal should be to lead them toward Christ.
Week 24 – Make the Most of Your Time: Live with urgency, making the best use of the time God has given you (Ephesians 5:15-16).

Week 25 – Structured Time Management: Plan your day hour by hour. Identify time-wasting habits and eliminate them (Psalm 90:12).

Week 26 – Prioritize the Word and Prayer: Start your day with time in God’s Word and prayer. Then schedule work, relationships, and fitness around your devotion to God.
