We recommend it for ages 8 and up. If you’re booking for kids, the 9–13 range is a sweet spot. But teens and adults love it too!

Absolutely! We provide blasters, darts, and safety gear — but you’re welcome to bring your own approved Nerf blasters.

Yes! We use soft foam darts, require eye protection for all players, and have referees monitoring each game for fun and safety.

Each session is 60 minutes, which includes a quick rules overview 5 minutes beforehand, and several rounds of gameplay.

We recommend 8–10 players for the best experience. Smaller groups still have fun, and larger ones can rotate.

Definitely — that’s what most people use it for! You’ll get private use of the gym and we’ll make it feel special.

We provide the arena setup and epic music. For an additional $50, you’re welcome to bring in cake, pizza, or party supplies to celebrate for an additional 30 minutes afterwards. We have tables and chairs you can use for this.

Each 90-minute event is priced at $200 as our starting rate – less than half the cost of most other party venues. Prices go up if you’d like to add extra time for mealtime or other festivities. Contact us for details and discounts!

It’s an optional fitness-based version of our Nerf battles that includes challenges like burpees, pushups, and pull-ups during games. Tons of fun and a great workout!
